Purpose and access
Spark Publisher is a private workflow operated by an individual creator to upload and schedule approved Spark’s Laboratory videos on the creator’s own social accounts. It is not a public or commercial software service, and no public account creation is offered.
Platform terms
Use of the YouTube integration is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and Google’s applicable policies. Instagram publication is subject to Meta’s and Instagram’s applicable terms and policies.
Owner control and content
The channel owner retains final control over every action. A video is uploaded only after the owner selects the exact approved file, destination, metadata, and publication time. The owner is responsible for ensuring that uploaded content is authorized and complies with applicable platform rules, including the YouTube Community Guidelines.
No circumvention
Spark Publisher must not be used to bypass platform restrictions, quotas, review processes, safety systems, or account enforcement. It uses documented official APIs and stops when a platform reports that an action is not permitted.
Availability
The utility may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. Platform APIs and policies may also change. No guarantee is made that a scheduled action will complete when a platform, account, network, or third-party service is unavailable.
